The citizens of angel Bay

Alyssa Dawn Carter was born in Echo Lake but has lived all her life in Angel Bay. After her parents death when she was just a baby Alyssa grew up with her aunt Tiffany who took care of her. However one day she comes to find out she has psychokinetic powers and decides to use them to rid the world of serial killers. She becomes Psychotika. 

Brooke Elizabeth Chambers is Alyssa Carter's best friend since elementary school. They have always had each other's backs. That is why it comes to no surprise that Brooke is the first person Alyssa tells her secret to. She is reluctant at first but realizes when Alyssa puts her mind to doing something there's just no stopping her. 

Nolan Brandon Young  is a friend of Alyssa's from AA. Not much is known about him except that he and Alyssa have a thing for each other. 

Juliette Danielle Sloane is a notorious serial killer in Angel Bay. She goes by the name the Angel Bay Strangler. 

Katherine Jessica Miller is Alyssa's AA sponsor and mentor to her in her normal day life.
